Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Game drive in Mikumi National Park
Morning after breakfast, pick up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam or International Airport and depart to Mikumi National park witch packed lunch or arrive there in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in the park. Dinner and overnight at the type of the accommodation suggested.
Day 2: Another Full Day Game Drive In Mikumi National Park
Breakfast in your accommodation followed by both morning and afternoon game drives in the park a home to Elephant, Lion, Wild dog, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park.
Dinner and overnight at lodge.
Day 3: Mikumi - Udzungwa Mountains National Park
On this day, you will leave the park early morning to go Udzungwa for a hiking at Sanje trail for 4 hours. This is a 5 kilometers trail. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 4: Wonderful Walking In Udzungwa Park
O this day you will do another hiking at Sonjo trail, leads to two waterfalls about 6 kilometers hike along the Miombo vegetation where some rare primates spend most of their day. The walk can take about three hours. Dinner and overnight at lodge.
Day 5: Udzungwa - Dar Es Salaam
After breakfast check out from the lodge and travel back to Dar arrives in the early afternoon.
