In Ruaha one can have a rare experience of game viewing spiced up by the fascinating landscape. The park is rich in plants and animals such as Greater Kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros) which cannot be found in any other national park. The park boasts of her almost untouched and unexplored ecosystem, making visitors’ safari experience very unique.
Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Iringa - Ruaha National Park
Pick up in the morning at the meeting point and then drive to Ruaha National Park approx. 2 hrs drive to the park's entry gate.
Check in and game drive toward the park's restaurant for lunch and then afternoon game drive. Proceed with afternoon to evening game drive. After the game drive, come back to the accommodation for overnight stay.
Dinner and overnight stay at Bandas/Lodge Ruaha Park.
Meal plan, lunch and dinner.
Day 2: Ruaha National Park
Early morning breakfast before sunrise. After breakfast then depart for game drive.
Full day game drive with packed lunch. Lunch at a picnic site in the park. After lunch proceed with game drive until evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Banda’s /Lodge.
Meal plan; breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 3: Ruaha National Park - Iringa
Morning breakfast, collect your belongings. Game drives slowly heading to the park's gate. Proceed with a game drive prior to check out time.
Check out and then drive back to Iringa. Drop off at your destination in Iringa.
Meal plan; breakfast.
